2019 Australian Achiever Awards Winner

Pacific Security Group has done it again.

Winning the 2019 Title for Excellence in Customer Service for the Electronic Security Industry in Queensland via the Australian Achievers Awards

This is our fifth year of entry and our fifth consecutive win, boasting another high-performance result of 96% customer satisfaction.Our customers felt this year we excelled in our communication, fast response to alarms, customer service and ongoing support. When asked for improvement ideas there were no suggestions received. No rest for our team though, we are only as good as our last point of contact, so for the team here at PSG it’s back to work in providing you with genuine guidance, fair price and friendly support.

I wish to thank everyone who works with Pacific Security Group for their valuable time & effort in creating a great team environment. Every day we face challenges in all departments and not one member in our team has ever let us down. You all go the extra mile when needed.
