Big achievement as QLD Winners, the judging process for the 2020 Australian Achiever Awards for Australia’s Security Industry – Electronic Services Category was completed in May. This award focuses on customer service with results over 80% being regarded as “exceptional customer service”.
Pacific Security Group scored 95.13% and was awarded Queensland State Winner for this category. Making it their 6th consecutive win for the state.

Now into its twenty‐third year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers in the past 12 months. The awards provide an indication of a well‐run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.
The award system focuses on eight criteria, each scored separately. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

“They are very good at what they do. They start with very detailed quotes and invoices and always give options to let me decide which direction I want to go. When I started in my position, they came out and sat down with me to give me a full overview of the system and the workings of it.
