We can provide a free on site assessment which will allow us to recommend best practice for your site.
Our nightly patrol team can action a full perimeter drive by with spotlight or combine this with a complete walk through ensuring all doors, roller doors, fire exit doors & windows are locked.
During a patrol run if there is a major concern to report, key holders and/or police are called and a report with photographs is emailed to your account the next business working day.
We also automatically email a weekly report showing patrol site attendance times each week for your tracking.

After a nearby attempted break-in, we went to Pacific Security for advice (as had many of our neighbours). Great customer service. They took time to understand our needs and to assess how best to protect our property. Our Hik vision CCTV security alarm system can be set easily from our phones, using a remote control, or the slimline and compact control panel installed on the wall. The Bosch Alarm and back to base monitoring provide extra peace of mind. Highly recommend Pacific Security if you want a security system tailored to your needs and budget.

I really think these guys are pretty good. It is a tough thing to pick a company to install CCTV - so many options. We chose Pacific Security because they answered our questions, responded quickly and seemed to listen to what we said. Kylie in particular always seemed to understand and went out of her way to be helpful. Andrew and Pat seem to have done a great job with the installation. I am happy to recommend.

An excellent service from all concerned. We spoke to Kylie, Sue and Tracy who were all very helpful in assisting with our questions and requirements when selecting the system. Leon assessed the premises and answered our final questions regarding upgrading to our new system. (In particular regarding the NBN.) After selecting and purchasing our system, Leon returned to install it. The installation was smooth and there were no problems in setting it up which included apps for our phones.

Pacific Security Group has recently installed a new 7 camera Dahua IP system at our commercial Body Corporate premises in Brisbane. This allows myself as an onsite manager and active Brisbane property manager the peace of mind that our Body Corporate apartment complex is secure 24/7. The service this group delivered was first class. They were timely to action all items and easy to work with.They did not try to upsell products and services that didn't fit the job requirements and had a great deal of knowledge about the products they sourced. I highly recommend Pacific Security Group. Amazing customer service and support throughout the whole process from getting quotes, organising a time and day for installation (even on very short notice, they managed to fit me in only 2 days later) and the whole installation process was impeccable. The quality of the products are amazing, being 6 Dahua Cameras, setup on mobile phone. Andrew and Pat completed the whole installation process, tidying up and providing training on how the whole system works. Couldn’t fault the service or support whatsoever. I’m very thankful and highly impressed. Also a huge thank you to Kylie who is the owner of PSG. Amazing!!!

Very impressed at the level of customer service that these guys give. After contacting a number of security company's pacific security group attended and provided a quote within one day. The install consisted of 28x Dahua IP cameras, access control and a back to base alarm monitoring system. The training and follow up service was exceptional and we will be entrusting Pacific Security with our next site.

Ive been a customer of Pacific Security for over 13 years and their customer service just keeps getting better. I moved my alarm & back to base monitoring over from ADT and havent looked back. I get a phone call from a real person for all my alarm events. I get to control if they send a patrol to check on my home. If I miss their call they send me an SMS as a back up & I can control my alarm with my mobile phone. These guys are the real deal. They know their game. If you want good support and old fashioned service dont look anywhere else.

Had previously posted on hipages looking for a security camera installation. Mr Andrew attended the next day with a headful of knowledge, and it was my dealing with him that sealed my choosing Pacific, installing a 5 camera set up/NVR.I decided I might as well use the 3 spare spots the NVR had, Mr Andrew popped out again, went thru my options, and was soon back to do the installation.Very knowledgeable, professional, and great at clipping zip ties.Highly recommend Pacific Security Group.

Pacific Security deserve their 5 stars. They are very well-priced, extremely good service, communication and follow-ups. Their pricing was very competitive compared to 2 other quotes we sourced for a body corporate job, despite still using the best materials and high quality workmanship. Best of all they are willing to tailor and work within your needs no matter how big or small the job. Highly recommended to anybody needing CCTV sourced and installed.

I had a 4 camera CCTV security system installed. The owner personally came out personally sugested the best place to install them to give maximum security coverage. After the system was installed he also came out to persanally set-up the system and explain operational capabilities.
