Sue the receptionist that looked after me was very present, nothing was too much trouble, and quick with responses. When I got my 6 cameras installed they did such a good job and the system worked soo well that I got another 2 more a week later. Great customer service and price from these guys. We expanded our restaurant and Pacific Security Group installed a Bosch alarm system with back to base monitoring. We also upgraded our cctv system to an Ip Dahua nvr with 8x 8MP cameras. The install went very smooth with no surprises.

After a nearby attempted break-in, we went to Pacific Security for advice (as had many of our neighbours). Great customer service. They took time to understand our needs and to assess how best to protect our property. Our Hik vision CCTV security alarm system can be set easily from our phones, using a remote control, or the slimline and compact control panel installed on the wall. The Bosch Alarm and back to base monitoring provide extra peace of mind. Highly recommend Pacific Security if you want a security system tailored to your needs and budget.

I really think these guys are pretty good. It is a tough thing to pick a company to install CCTV - so many options. We chose Pacific Security because they answered our questions, responded quickly and seemed to listen to what we said. Kylie in particular always seemed to understand and went out of her way to be helpful. Andrew and Pat seem to have done a great job with the installation. I am happy to recommend.

An excellent service from all concerned. We spoke to Kylie, Sue and Tracy who were all very helpful in assisting with our questions and requirements when selecting the system. Leon assessed the premises and answered our final questions regarding upgrading to our new system. (In particular regarding the NBN.) After selecting and purchasing our system, Leon returned to install it. The installation was smooth and there were no problems in setting it up which included apps for our phones.

Amazing customer service and support throughout the whole process from getting quotes, organising a time and day for installation (even on very short notice, they managed to fit me in only 2 days later) and the whole installation process was impeccable. The quality of the products are amazing, being 6 Dahua Cameras, setup on mobile phone. Andrew and Pat completed the whole installation process, tidying up and providing training on how the whole system works. Couldn’t fault the service or support whatsoever. Very impressed at the level of customer service that these guys give. After contacting a number of security company's pacific security group attended and provided a quote within one day. The install consisted of 28x Dahua IP cameras, access control and a back to base alarm monitoring system. Ive been a customer of Pacific Security for over 13 years and their customer service just keeps getting better. I moved my alarm & back to base monitoring over from ADT and havent looked back. I get a phone call from a real person for all my alarm events. I get to control if they send a patrol to check on my home. If I miss their call they send me an SMS as a back up & I can control my alarm with my mobile phone. These guys are the real deal. They know their game. If you want good support and old fashioned service dont look anywhere else.

Had previously posted on hipages looking for a security camera installation.
